IP Trunking  
Direct IP trunking

We provide IP trunking to customers with IP capable telephone systems.  We can connect directly to PBXs such as Avaya IP Office, Toshiba, Nortel, Shortel, Trixbox, Talkswitch and many others.

Hosted PBX

Our hosted PBX offers call center features at affordable prices.  Instead of hitting our customers with dozens of minor charges, we include dozens of advanced features in our base package.

No one solution fits every customer, and hosted PBX is a prime example.  What if a customer can not get enough Internet bandwidth?  What if they have two years left on a contract for a local PRI? Or just have so many people at one location that hosted PBX is not efficient?

We offer several versions of a bulk calling platform.  A basic application can be added to the hosted or on-premise PBX sufficient for customers needing up to 1,000 calls per hour, while a larger hosted platform can provide up to 100,000 calls per hour.
